The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xh88 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential legal action:
All content on the xh88 Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, software, text, visual interfaces, and design elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of xh88 or its licensed content suppliers. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any licence, right, or interest in any xh88 intellectual property. xh88's collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy, including collection of identity documents for KYC purposes, transaction data retention for regulatory compliance, and use of anonymised usage data for Platform improvement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xh88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
xh88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
xh88 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may occur at any time. xh88 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance via on-site announcements where practicable.
xh88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, at any time and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) the account is involved in fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity; (c) the Player has provided false identity information; (d) continuation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to xh88; or (e) the Player has requested self-exclusion under xh88's Responsible Gaming programme.
Upon termination for breach, any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, xh88 may forfeit the balance in whole or in part. If the investigation finds no breach, the verified balance will be returned to the Player's registered withdrawal method within 10 business days.

All disputes must be submitted within 90 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted for review.
